Urticaria (Hives)
Urticaria causes raised, red, itchy welts that can appear suddenly. It occurs when the body releases histamine in response to triggers.

Allergies (food, meds), infections, stress, or environmental factors. Symptoms include shifting welts and severe itching/burning.
